The questions we are asked most often.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The site and its content are yours. If you host it yourself, every access credential is handed over on delivery. If we host it, we send you your files and credentials at any time, on request.
Do you build online stores?
No. This offer covers brochure websites only. For an e-commerce project, email us and we will quote it separately.
What is your refund policy?
Work starts when we receive your brief. Until design work has begun, your payment is refunded in full.
Can I have more than 30 pages?
Yes. Additional pages are quoted separately.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. The build is a one-off payment. Hosting (€12.90 a month, domain name included) and maintenance (€29.90 a month) are optional, have no lock-in and can be cancelled at any time.
Can you work with a business based in the United States or the United Kingdom?
Yes. We work remotely, the site is written in English, and a second language is included if you need one. Payment is taken in euros through Stripe; your bank applies its own conversion rate.
